Trip to Tonsina Bay

Over a 12 day period we travelled about 250 total miles in our roundtrip from Seward, Alaska to Tonsina Bay, Alaska. We did overnight stops in Thumb Cove, Paguna Arm of Two Arm Bay, Thunder Bay, Chance Cove, Tonsina Bay, Home Cove on Nuka Island, Surprise Bay in North Nuka Arm and Verdant Cove off Aialik Bay. We saw bears on the beach, had whales breach alongside, were visited by Otters and Seals and enjoyed some spectacular scenery. We were accompanied by the S/V Ragtime with Dick and Peggy and their grandson Ian. Many thanks to Dick and Peggy for being our "tour guides". Thanks!!
