Aialik Bay Labor Day 2010
S/V Cirrus departed Seward and cruised to Aialik Bay for a wonderful Labor Day weekend. While there wasn't much wind for sailing it was hard to complain about flat seas and temps warm enough to break out the shorts and t-shirts.

ps_0608 S/V Cirrus anchored in what we call Bear Cookie Cove (N59 51.24 W149 39.62). One of the Rangers from the nearby station warned us of a couple bears that are in the area. With much anticipation we waited in the cockpit, telephoto in hand, but alas not a bear to be seen.
