Aialik Bay August 9 to 12, 2011

We sailed Cirrus around to Aialik Bay for a few days of sun and met up with Dick and Peggy on S/V Ragtime. In Quicksand Cove we finally ran into a bear up close -- he ran one way, we ran the other.

  • A Black Bear we encountered at Quicksand Cove. There were salmon in the stream so lots of bears in the area.
